Abstract

|
A Case pt 53 years old multipara with an ovarian fibroma associated with ascites and pleural effusion is reported with the brief review of literatures. This case was performed total hysterectomy with both adnexectomy. After removal of the tumor,ascites and hydrothoras had been completely subsided within 10 days. Pathologically a fibroma was reported.
